Session Description: Mental Health plays an important role in our overall health and wellbeing and it can affect how we feel, think and act. During these fast changing times, we may be experiencing higher levels of stress or anxiety. This session will offer some prevention strategies and practical suggestions on how to cope while you are self-isolating and throughout your first year at Acadia.
